- Encourage entrepreneurship in the Cayman Islands and to increase the opportunities for diversification within the economy;
- Increase the number of young business owners; to ensure the maximum utilisation of Caymanians in the workforce;
- Strengthen the economic base of the Cayman Islands through diversification.
