Fresh Start
All Fresh Start clients are initially interviewed by a Personal Advisor at the Employment Services Centre, who subsequently supports the client throughout his or her time on Fresh Start. During this interview the client's skills, experience, and job hopes are discussed and any gaps in skills or knowledge are identified.

The Personal Adviser also helps the client into work by tailoring the support to his or her individual needs and circumstances. The options include subsidised employment, work experience with employers, training and help with basic skills.

The first stage of Fresh Start provides intensive help designed to get the client into work. This might include interview practice and help with job applications or short courses to improve work skills. During this period, clients have access to a range of services and opportunities that help them prepare for and find work. Because clients are encouraged to think about what they want to do and are helped to prepare properly, employers get a recruit who is motivated and committed to the job.

Competitive Edge
This programme is designed to assist practicing professionals to advance their careers.

Project Prepare
This programme is designed to assist ex-offenders to move from social isolation into social inclusion, and it aims to motivate these individuals to achieve their fullest potential. The individuals participate in job counselling and human relationship management. Additionally, individuals who are interested in pursuing other areas of social development such as college or vocational training are guided into that direction.
