The Cayman Islands Government's Department of Employment Relations (ERD), endeavours to develop a highly skilled, productive workforce that is able to compete effectively in the global economy.  The ESC's goals are achieved through advising, educating and training, promoting of harmonious labour relations, and ensuring that the rights and dignity of both employers and employees are protected.
